How to do Bhramara Mudra
Place your index finger at the base of your thumb.
Touch the tip of your thumb beside the fingernail of the middle finger
Extend your ring and little fingers
Focus your attention and breathe as deeply, slowly and smoothly as possible
Practice Bhramara mudra for at least 15minutes for three times for better results.
If you have more time, you can keep the Bhramara Mudra up to eight times a day for about 20 minutes. The name of this mudra comes from the Indian dance and represents the bee. Today we use bee products for allergies, and this mudra has the same effect.
