Bhramara Mudra

How to do Bhramara Mudra

Place your index finger at the base of your thumb.
Touch the tip of your thumb beside the fingernail of the middle finger
Extend your ring and little fingers
Focus your attention and breathe as deeply, slowly and smoothly as possible

Practice Bhramara mudra for at least 15minutes  for three times for better results.

If you have more time, you can keep the Bhramara Mudra up to eight times a day for about 20 minutes. The name of this mudra comes from the Indian dance and represents the bee. Today we use bee products for allergies, and this mudra has the same effect.

The cause of allergies is a weakened immune system and/or an affected intestinal flora. For example, antibiotics and many other medications affect intestinal flora. The consequences are a mucous obstruction in the sinuses, bronchi, and intestinal tract, not to mention a variety of skin rashes. Climatic changes, pollen and animal hair are often only triggers, but not the real cause.

I had a routine change between asthma and allergies. Today I live without the symptoms of these disorders because I have changed my diet and my lifestyle. Allergic people eat little or nothing better (even better!) Meats, tomatoes, peppers, kiwis and strawberries. You are not allowed to drink milk. To strengthen the immune system, a routine yoga, jogging or hiking program is useful. Reduce stress and get enough rest is also

The rest will take care of themselves. Repeat this three times and rest awhile. It is better to do the enema every two days for a week. This should be enough for several months at the same time. Allergic people are often crazy or fear infectious diseases. Become aware of your fears and work to dissolve them by giving a mental look at what causes fear.

I think this mudra is helpful for you. Also, read my book “Complete Hand Mudras.” It will give you more information about mudras read
