Viparitakarani Mudra or Yoga asana.The reverse posture (viparitakarani mudra)
The mudras are useful to give balance and steadiness.
How to do viparitakarani mudra.
First of all, lie on your back.Raise your legs and back, supporting your body by placing your hands under your hips.Make sure your legs are vertical and your toes pointed.
Close your eyes, Breath slowly and deeply from the abdomen and concentrate on the sex glands. In the male, these are in the testis, and in the female in the ovaries.Stay in this position for two minutes.

This mudra helps to restore youth and vitality. It contributes to keeping the glands, Its organs, and skin in a youthful condition.To banish premature wrinkles, and prevent untimely ageing.
