TSE Mudra Benefits,How to do,Duration,Speciality

TSE Mudra is one of the best mudras that help to deal with depression and sadness.

How to do

Put both hands on your thighs. Place the tip of your thumb on the root of your little finger. Slowly, cross your fingers with the other four fingers while inhaling slowly through the nose. Hold your breath and make the om sound seven times in your head while listening to the sound of vibration in the ear. Then, breath slowly into the abdominal wall to suck; Reopen your hands and imagine how all your worries, fears and misfortunes leave your body. Repeat this exercise seven to forty-nine times, but at least seven times.

 

Benefits of TSE Mudra

 

According to the Taoist monks. Kim Tawm, an authority on Chinese medicine, writes: “Tradition says that this sadness mudra pursues, reduces anxiety, eliminates evil and bad luck and overcomes depression”.
