Snake pose or sarpasan is beneficial for overall body balance. Reduces fat around the belly, pelvic region, hips and thighs. Relieves constipation complaints, improves digestion by complete stomach massage. Tones protruding ans weak abdomen. Beneficial in arthritis of upper extremities.
How to do Sarpasan:
Lie on the belly.
Stretch legs with heels joined together and right foot slightly overlapping the left foot.
Take both arms at the back, clasp the fingers and stretch the arms.
Now inhale and lift the legs and neck and roll on the stomach right-left right.
After few rolls for few seconds and do again.
