Garudasana means an eagle pose. It also the name of the king of birds. Garuda as having a white face; aquiline beak, red wings and a golden body.
One should practice this asana for 15-30 seconds by repeating the same process for minimum four times. However, period and session gradually increases along with an increase in the practice of Garudasana.
